We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance.

 

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the schedule service total. Same-day cancellations and missed appointments will be charged 100%. 

 

Changes made at such late notice do not provide enough time to fill the reserved appointment space. These policies help protect the time reserved especially for you and allow us the opportunity to accommodate other guests.
